We are looking for an ETL Ops Lead with 57 years of experience to manage 24x7 ETL Production Support Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical production incidents.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for ETL/data pipeline failures.
- Monitor job failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure SLA and KPI adherence and proactively drive service improvements.
- Manage Knowledge Management activities, including SOP reviews and KEDB creation/maintenance.
- Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
- Prepare and present governance reports covering SLA compliance,



incident trends, and performance metrics.
- Manage shift planning and workload distribution while mentoring and guiding support team members.
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge management, and SOP adherence.
- Identify automation opportunities using Python/scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and dashboard creation/reporting is required.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential.
