Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Participate in code blue response team activations and provide emergency care during critical situations.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medication administration, and test results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience as an Intensivist or equivalent experience in Critical Care Medicine.
- Qualification Required: DM/DNB (Critical Care)
- Robust knowledge of critical care medicine principles, practices, and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
