Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Generalist who can manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting business growth through effective people practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and HR documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
2. Employee Onboarding Offboarding
- Facilitate joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct HR induction and orientation sessions.
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, and respective departments for seamless onboarding.
- Manage employee confirmation processes.
- Handle exit formalities, clearance, and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and personnel files.
- Ensure accurate attendance and leave management.
- Support payroll inputs and monthly HR documentation.
- Draft HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Maintain HRIS with updated employee information.
4. Employee Engagement Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Organize celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
- Address employee queries and resolve day-to-day HR concerns.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work workplace.
- Support employee recognition and reward
