Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and development teams.
- Design reusable application components while ensuring adherence to Pega Guardrails and industry best practices.
- Review application architecture, code quality, and technical designs to maintain delivery excellence.
- Mentor developers, conduct technical reviews, and provide architectural guidance throughout implementation.
- Drive performance optimization, application security, maintainability, and governance.
- Support deployment planning, production releases,
and resolution of critical technical issues.
