You will oversee the proper use of fitness equipment, demonstrate exercises, and ensure all safety guidelines are followed. In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, preferably in hospitality or luxury fitness
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e. g. , ACE, NASM, AFAA)
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for fitness and commitment to guest wellbeing
