Job Summary

Yethi Consulting is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join the Project Management Office (PMO) team as Trainee PMO Analysts. This role provides an excellent chance to build a career in project governance, reporting, delivery tracking, and business operations within a leading software testing and quality engineering organization.

The Trainee PMO Analyst will support project teams, PMOs, and management in maintaining project data, tracking delivery progress, preparing reports, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with organizational processes and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance Support
- Assist in maintaining project governance documentation and trackers.
- Support compliance with project management processes, quality standards, and internal governance requirements.
- Participate in project review meetings and document key actions and decisions.
- Help track project status and prepare management updates.

Reporting & Management Information Systems (MIS)




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Update project dashboards and MIS reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support collection and validation of project metrics, testing progress, and delivery data.
- Analyze basic project trends and generate insights for management review.

Planning & Delivery Tracking
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and milestone trackers.
- Monitor project deliverables and follow up with teams for status updates.
- Track dependencies, action items, and release schedules.
- Ensure timely updates of project management tools and repositories.

Risk & Issue Management
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Assist in tracking project risks and escalations.
- Follow up on open issues and support closure tracking.
- Ensure risks and dependencies are documented accurately.
