Salesforce Developer (CPQ/CLM - Conga Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud and Conga CLM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions that support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process, including product configuration, pricing, approvals, contract lifecycle management, document generation, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud and Conga CLM solutions.
- Configure and customize pricing, product catalogs, approval workflows, contracts, and document templates.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs.
- Support and enhance Quote-to-Cash processes, including quoting, contracting, renewals, and amendments.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.




- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and CI/CD processes.

Mandatory Skills
- 6-8+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
- Robust experience with Conga CLM (mandatory).
- Experience in Conga Contracts, Conga Document Generation, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes.

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce CPQ Certification.
- Conga Certification.
- Experience with Git, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
