Account Manager Job Description
About the role
We're looking for someone who can own client relationships, keep revenue on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a client-facing role where you'll be the single point of contact between the company and our buyers. If you're someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and doesn't need to be told twice this is you.
What you'll be responsible for
Client Relationship Management: You'll be the go-to person for your assigned clients. Building trust, maintaining regular communication, understanding their business goals, and making sure they see us as a partner, not just a vendor.
Company Representation: You speak for the company on every client call. That means understanding what we can deliver, setting the right expectations, and never overpromising. You also bring the client's feedback back to internal teams and push for what needs to be fixed.
Cross-Functional Coordination: You'll work closely with Affiliate, Media Buying, Operations, Tech, Finance, and Legal teams to get things done for your clients.



Once it touches your account. You follow through until it's resolved.
Billing & Revenue Closure: You'll ensure invoices are accurate and sent on time, reconcile any discrepancies before billing, and follow up on overdue payments. Clean billing is non-negotiable.
Escalation Handling: Handle client escalations, acknowledge the problem, and come back with a solution. Disputes, under delivery, quality flags, payment issues you handle them professionally and within deadlines.
Data Analysis & Decision Making : You'll review campaign performance data daily volumes, quality metrics, pacing, revenue and use it to make informed decisions. Spot issues and Identify growth opportunities.
