We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to support our growing workforce in the renewable energy sector. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles while ensuring adherence to defined hiring timelines (TAT).

Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across full-time, contract, consultant, and internship positions.
Drive campus and internship hiring by building relationships with colleges across India,



coordinating with placement cells, and aligning with academic and internship cycles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and status.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure all positions are closed within defined TAT and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Required Skills :
Bachelor s degree in any discipline; Engineering graduates preferred.
3 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types.
