Position Overview: The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, focusing primarily on positions based in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess a keen understanding of the local job market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management: Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for roles within Kerala.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media,



and networking to attract potential candidates.
- Job Posting: Develop and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Prepare reports on recruitment activities and progress.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and employment laws in Kerala.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through effective communication and timely feedback.
