Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle outbound customer interactions, supporting service-related conversations with accuracy and professionalism. The role focuses on explicit communication, basic customer guidance, and adherence to defined operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned workflows and call plans
- Communicate clearly and confidently in Hindi and English
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, process-aligned information
- Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards consistently
- Document call outcomes and customer responses accurately in the system
- Maintain professionalism and service discipline across all interactions
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations as defined by the process
Job Requirements
Education
- Completion of higher secondary from a recognized board (Graduates may also apply)
Experience




- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in BPO, sales, or outbound processes
- Prior exposure to customer interaction or telecalling is an advantage
Skills Competencies
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in Hindi and English
- Basic customer handling and conversational skills
- Willingness to work in an outbound calling role
- Basic understanding of banking terminology is preferred but not mandatory
- Comfort working in a structured, work-from-office setup
