DSAND Group is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage preparation, compilation, verification, tracking, and submission of business-critical documents related to export, import, auctions, bids, exhibitions, MSME registrations/compliance, agreements, MoUs, and routine business correspondence. The role requires strong coordination with internal departments, clients, consultants, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document readiness.

This position may be offered at Executive or Manager level depending on the candidate’s experience, maturity, and ability to independently handle documentation systems and stakeholder communication.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, process-driven, responsive, and comfortable working on multiple documentation assignments simultaneously. The person should be able to understand business requirements quickly, coordinate with different stakeholders, and ensure skilled communication with clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, review, organize,



and maintain documentation for export and import transactions.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of documents for tenders, auctions, bids, vendor registrations, and related commercial opportunities.
- Handle documentation support for exhibitions, trade fairs, participation approvals, booking papers, registration forms, and follow-up communication.
- Support MSME-related documentation, registrations, renewals, declarations, and related statutory or business submissions.
- Draft, format, and coordinate agreements, MoUs, declarations, undertakings, NDAs, authorization letters, and other business documents.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, consultants, freight/logistics partners, authorities, and internal teams for collecting, checking, and sharing required documents.
