Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer - HPS Global Operations

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will help power the next generation of healthcare technology by building, automating, securing, and optimizing cloud-based platforms. In this role, you will work with contemporary cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, observability platforms, DevOps practices, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across global healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS environments to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable platforms.
- Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments across Health Information Systems (HIS) environments.
- Automate operational processes using scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and policy-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, logging,



and observability solutions to strengthen platform reliability and proactive issue detection.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, integration, API, backup, and connectivity issues across cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Implement security best practices, patching, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and compliance-focused operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations, security, and business teams to deliver reliable and secure services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher and three (3+) years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar infrastructure operations or DevOps role
- OR High School Diploma/GED and five (5+) years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer or in a similar infrastructure operations or DevOps role
- Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms, operational tooling, or cloud servi
