Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of Finance & Accounting related initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives across Finance Operations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution discussions.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project health through effective governance and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support ERP-related projects, implementations, enhancements, or process optimization initiatives.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure timely communication of project status, escalations, and key decisions to stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Project/Program Management.
- Proven experience managing projects within Finance & Accounting Operations.
- Good understanding of finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, R2R, P2P, Financial Reporting, or Month-End Close.
- Experience working with ERP platforms; NetSuite exposure preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Experience in Finance Transformation, Shared Services, GCC, or Business Process Improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
