Roles & Responsibilities
- To issue work permits for different departments
- To do minute observations related to health and safety in production area
- To provide safety training to permanent and contract employees
- To do investigation of near miss and other incidents
- To maintain ISO related documents
- Maintain safety talk related documents
- To do study of industrial hygiene and its implementation
- To lead external training related to safety
- To prepare schedule of monthly EHS round
- To conduct safety committee meetings & mock drills
- To update monthly dashboards of data related to audits, near miss and other investigations
- SAP entries for PPEs, inventories and equipments
- Selection of PPEs and purchase
- To coordinate for implementation of Kaizen, PSSR, HAZOP, what-if results
- To coordinate for maintenance of safety related equipment and instruments
- Dealing and coordination with vendors for service of instruments and equipment
- Arranging safety events
