Service Engineer – Industrial Automation At ACI, we’re redefining industrial weighing and automation through intelligent software driven solutions that simplify complex operations. We’re looking for a hands-on, customer driven Service Engineer who can bring our systems to life at customer sites and ensure every installation performs flawlessly.

Responsibilities

- Install and commission automation systems — PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and weighing controllers — ensuring smooth start-up at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical or control system issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks to keep systems running efficiently.
- Work closely with Projects, R&D;,



and Software teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Maintain accurate installation reports, service logs, and feedback summaries for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of PLC systems, sensors, and industrial control circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and handle in office support activities.
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
