Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master with a strong software engineering background, preferably in Java, to lead Agile teams while effectively understanding technical discussions, architecture, development challenges, and delivery processes.Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Servant Leader and Agile Coach for one or more Scrum teams.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams on Agile/Scrum principles and promote self-organizing, high-performing teams.
- Identify, track, and remove technical and process-related impediments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog.
- Work closely with Java developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
- Understand Java-based application development, APIs, microservices, databases, CI/CD, and software delivery processes.
- Track sprint progress using velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics.
- Drive technical discussions, identify delivery risks, and facilitate resolution of engineering blockers.




- Protect the team from external disruptions while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable improvement plans.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Engineering Managers, and technical stakeholders to improve Agile maturity.

Mandatory Skills
- Solid technical/software development background with Java.
- Hands-on or prior development experience in Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Good understanding of SDLC, software architecture, APIs, databases, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience working with engineering/development teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Experience working with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions or similar technologies.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise Java applications.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
