We help businesses grow through SEO, website development, Google Ads, conversion optimisation, marketing automation, and growth strategy.

The Role

We're looking for a Technical SEO who can independently manage SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts. You'll work closely with the founder, marketing, content, and design teams to drive measurable improvements in search visibility, website performance, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of contemporary SEO - including Technical SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search trends.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO

- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, canonicalization, redirects, and structured data
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, and schema markup
- Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability across client sites
- Implement SEO improvements across WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace

Keyword Research & On-Page SEO

- Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities
- Develop SEO strategies for international and local markets aligned with business goals
- Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, and internal linking
- Structure content for featured snippets, AI-generated results, and answer engines
- Build topical authority through strategic content planning and E-E-A-T alignment





Local SEO

- Optimise and manage Google Business Profiles for local search visibility
- Improve map rankings through citation building, NAP consistency, and local schema implementation
- Monitor reviews, local rankings, and location-based performance

Link Building & Authority

- Develop and execute white-hat link-building campaigns
- Conduct backlink audits and competitor analysis; identify digital PR opportunities
- Monitor backlink health, domain authority, and referring domain growth

Reporting & Strategy

- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SE Ranking, Zutrix, and Microsoft Clarity
- Build dashboards in Looker Studio and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Stay current with algorithm updates, AI Search, AEO, GEO, and emerging SEO technologies

Experience Required

- 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience with strong technical capabilities across multiple client accounts
- Demonstrated success improving rankings, technical health, and organic traffic
- Experience combining SEO implementation with development work is highly preferred
