Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Executive role based in Jamshedpur. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective industrial customers, presenting suitable bearing solutions, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

The Technical Sales

Executive will interpret customer requirements, propose appropriate products from the bearing portfolio, and coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support. Daily responsibilities include visiting customer sites, preparing technical and commercial proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management.



The role also requires building long-term customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and supporting promotional activities to expand the company’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical understanding of industrial bearings, rotating equipment, or mechanical components, supported by a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates should possess skills in solution-oriented sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation, with experience in B2B or industrial sales preferred.
- Candidates should possess abilities in needs analysis, problem-solving, and application-based product selection to match bearing solutions with customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to travel locally, a valid means of transport, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in industrial bearings, mechanical power transmission, or related industries is highly beneficial; familiarity with the Jamshedpur industrial ecosystem is an advantage.
