Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidate resumes based on client requirements - Conduct initial telephonic or online interviews - Perform basic background verification and candidate validation - Shortlist and submit suitable candidate profiles to clients - Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Support clients until the final interview stage Skills Required:




- Positive communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of recruitment processes - Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles Qualification:
