About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR/recruitment interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve recruitment targets and meet hiring timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Developers, QA, IT Infrastructure, Support, Networking, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or job portals.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical terminology.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience working with IT companies or recruitment/consulting firms.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment CRM tools.
