Role Description The Technical Project Manager (4–5 years experience) role at Haptik is a contract, on-site position based in Goregaon. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of AI and conversational product implementations, including planning, scoping, and tracking project milestones across cross-functional teams.

The Technical Project

Manager coordinates with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining project documentation,



running status meetings, monitoring timelines and budgets, and resolving blockers to keep initiatives on track. The role also requires translating technical details into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in processes and execution.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional work.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and collaboration abilities to guide project teams, align stakeholders, and foster accountable execution.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify risks, prioritize tasks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations.
- 4–5 years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or product-based technology environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Goregaon, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to fast-paced, evolving business
