We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecom transformation and technology projects from initiation and funding approval through execution, deployment, go-live and stabilization.

? Key Responsibilities





• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria
- Manage planning, estimation, funding approvals and execution
- Drive governance, steering committee meetings and decision-making
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and financial performance
- Track project health, dependencies, milestones and critical path
- Own RAID management and ensure timely resolution of risks/issues
- Manage scope changes through formal change control
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors and third-party partners
- Ensure testing, quality and business acceptance before sign-off
- Provide executive-level reporting and project dashboards
- Lead go-live, hypercare and transition to operations
- Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives

? Positive to Have

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum Master certification
- Telecom experience across OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management or Provisioning
- Large-scale system integration or application modernization experience
- Release management and deployment governance experience
