Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our presence across the Delhi-NCR region. This is a field-intensive role involving regular interactions with researchers, scientists, R&D; Heads, HODs, and students across academic institutions and pharmaceutical organizations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with consultative selling, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in a research-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Generate new sales opportunities across assigned territory (Delhi-NCR)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and approach potential customers in academic and pharma research segments
- Promote Agnitio Pharmas products and solutions through in-person meetings and demos

Field Engagement
- Conduct regular field visits to universities, colleges, research institutes, and pharma companies
- Meet researchers, scientists, R&D; Heads, HODs, faculty members, and students




- Plan daily/weekly visit schedules and ensure effective territory coverage

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support

Account Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and post-sales support

Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Education
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Field Sales / Academic Sales / Corporate Sales
- Exposure to pharma, life sciences, research tools, or academic selling is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degre
