Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day lime plant operations, production, manpower, equipment coordination, quality, safety, and achieving shift-wise production targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant and shift operations.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Manage manpower deployment and shift activities.
- Monitor machinery and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
- Monitor raw material consumption and production efficiency.
- Maintain production records and shift-wise MIS.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
- Identify operational issues and support process improvements.

Required Qualifications




- Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, or related field.

Experience Industry Background
- 2 years of experience in plant/production operations.
- Experience in Lime, Minerals, Cement, AAC, or Building Materials preferred.
