We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sourcing Executive to strengthen and scale our external sales network. In this role, you will map out, onboard, and manage relationships with premier channel partners, wealth managers, property brokers, and institutional associates.

Role & responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Engagement
- Identify, pitch to, and onboard top-performing channel partners, independent brokers, and International Property Consultants (IPCs).
- Map out wealth management groups and private bankers catering to HNI/UHNI clientele.
- Organise regular partner meets, project walkthroughs, and specialized training sessions.
- Create and pitch high-yielding broker incentive programs to maintain top-of-mind recall.

2. Lead Generation & Revenue Acceleration
- Maintain regular site presence alongside partners to assist in high-ticket product presentation.
- Educate the partner ecosystem on unique selling propositions (USPs), pricing structures, and closing workflows.




- Keep a close tab on pipeline metrics to ensure a continuous stream of qualified luxury-buyer leads.
- Actively contribute to sales closures by handling complex inquiries and negotiations alongside network associates.

3. Micro-Market Intelligence & Networking
- Track competitor activities, launch strategies, and local commission trends within Mumbai's luxury sectors.
- Capitalise on niche networks including corporate CXO groups and NRI investment circles.
- Serve as a brand custodian at high-profile real estate forums and channel partnership events.

4. Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure all participating channel partners comply fully with RERA policies and documentation standards.
- Validate and process broker agreements, billing, and onboarding credentials efficiently.
- Align closely with internal marketing and direct-sales squads to synchronise channel campaigns.
- Deliver accurate daily/weekly progress reports, tracking dashboard metrics, and partner ROI.
