Elevate is recruiting a Technical Engineer - Business Applications to join our high-performing team. As a Technical Engineer - Business Applications, you will help the organization maintain smooth operations of its global SaaS tools, including troubleshooting user issues, assisting users, and the maintenance and compliance for various applications. In this role, you will work within a global team of business application specialists and collaborate with various stakeholders to understand and address their needs.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate support tickets from global organization users.
- Develop a broad understanding of business operations, the suite of SaaS applications managed by the IT organization, and where appropriate subject matter expertise lies, to effectively assign support tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service to Elevate s global technology users.
- Collaborate effectively with all parts of the IT organization to support holistic SaaS application maintenance.




- Analyze and understand ticket attributes and trends; reporting on the same to IT management.
- Support the planned migration to new ticketing system.
- Contribute to other various projects managed by IT.
- Ensure security policy compliance and change management principles are used.
- Assist with maintenance of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, job aids, user education collateral, and standard operating procedures.

Experience
- Proficient in various enterprise-level technologies
- 2+ years of experience as a technical support specialist or similar position
