Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Vice President RCM Healthcare to lead our end-to-end RCM operations and drive operational excellence, profitability, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall RCM operations and delivery.
- Own operational performance, P&L;, productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Manage key client relationships and executive-level escalations.
- Drive business growth, client retention, and recent client transitions.
- Lead senior operations teams and workforce planning.
- Improve RCM metrics including A/R, denials, collections, quality, and productivity.
- Drive process improvement, automation, analytics, and technology transformation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and client SLAs.





Candidate Profile:
- 20+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as VP / AVP / Business Head / Operations Head.
- Strong experience managing large-scale RCM operations and teams.
- Strong P&L;, client management, business growth, and operational leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred: Experience managing 500+ employees and end-to-end RCM operations.
