About the Role

The DGM-HR will lead and manage the organization's human resource function, partnering with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, learning & development, and HR operations. The Role is aligning HR Strategies with business objectives while fostering a high performance and employee-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.




- Lead talent acquisition efforts for technical and leadership hiring.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Oversee compensation, advantages, and reward & recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance.
- Manage HR operations, HRMS, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Lead and oversee all HR functions of the organization in a multi-location scenario.
- Take ownership of the entire HR related activities of the organization.
- Act as a vital link between top management and vertical heads on HR issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
- Oversee and track leave attendance management
- Hands-on experience in software portals such as HR Software portals, viz. Greythr, Zoho, Keka, etc.
