Responsibilities

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and growth for our B2C products. At Gnani.ai, youll help build consumer-facing (B2C) mobile apps that bring AI-powered experiences directly to everyday users. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of growth marketing, customer journeys, digital channels, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. This role offers an opportunity to build and execute growth strategies from the ground up and work closely with product, content, creative, and business teams to scale our B2C products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end B2C growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion- Identify and test new growth channels, customer segments, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities- Work closely with the product team to improve user onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention- Design and run growth experiments and A/B tests across campaigns, messaging, landing pages, product experiences,



and customer journeys- Collaborate with content, creative, and performance marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns and growth initiatives- Analyze customer behaviour, funnel performance, and marketing data to identify opportunities for growth- Own and track key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, LTV, engagement, and revenue- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities- Build growth dashboards and regularly present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders- Continuously experiment with new ideas, channels, and strategies to drive sustainable and scalable B2C growth

Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or a similar B2C growth r
