About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Head to lead our real estate sales function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in plot sales, farmhouse projects, and real estate investments, along with an established network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants. Our projects are spread across multiple locations, including Dholera, Kalagarh (Uttarakhand), and other upcoming locations, with a primary focus on residential plots, land projects, farmhouse plots, and farmhouse villas. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for plots, farmhouses, and villa projects. Build and maintain robust relationships with brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and investors. Expand the company's channel partner and broker network across different markets. Generate business through direct sales as well as channel partners. Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and conversion rates.



Identify new markets and opportunities for project expansion. Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Develop strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and key real estate networks. Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. Work closely with management, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Candidate Requirements 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales, preferably in a senior leadership role. Strong experience in plot sales, farmhouse projects, land sales, or villa projects. Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets. Must have a strong network of brokers and channel partners. Excellent knowledge of the real estate market and investment-driven sales.
