Role

Seeking an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager B2B Business to acquire, develop and manage financial partners and drive sustainable B2B business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard IFAs, Sub-Brokers, Distributors and other financial partners.
- Build long-term partner relationships and generate business through existing and new partners.
- Drive distribution of AIFs, MLDs, Bonds, Debentures and Insurance solutions.




- Understand partner requirements and provide appropriate product/business solutions.
- Conduct product training and partner engagement programmes.
- Develop the business pipeline, achieve objectives and improve partner productivity and revenue.

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years relevant BFSI / Wealth Management experience.
- Robust B2B, channel or partner-management background.
- Proven relationship-management and business-development capability.
- Good understanding of wealth products, equity and debt markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
- Proven ability to acquire partners and generate business.
- Minimum 2 years’ stability in at least one organisation.
- MBA / PGDM / Graduate preferred; maximum age 40 years.
