Function: Treasury / Fund Raising / Banking Operations
- Manage Treasury, Banking & Fund Raising activities for the NBFC.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with banks, financial institutions and lenders.
- Lead fund raising through Term Loans, Working Capital, CP, NCDs, Securitization and other debt instruments.
- LC , BG
- Drive end-to-end funding transactions including negotiation, documentation, disbursement and closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Treasury, Banking & Working Capital activities.
- Handle LC, BG, bank limits and trade finance operations.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions and negotiate banking terms.
- Monitor cash flows, liquidity, fund requirements and working capital.
- Oversee issuance, renewal and closure of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).
- Optimize banking costs, interest costs and utilization of credit limits.
- Manage foreign exchange exposure, hedging and forex transactions, where applicable.
- Ensure timely processing of LC payments, BG obligations and other banking transactions.
