Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to help us identify and generate potential business opportunities for the Sales team. The person will be responsible for finding potential customers through different channels, connecting with them, understanding their requirements, qualifying the leads, and passing the right opportunities to the Sales team for further follow-up. This role involves lead research, calling, social media and LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, CRM management, and supporting lead-generation campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Find recent leads through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, distributors, databases, online research, industry platforms, events, and other relevant sources.
- Identify potential doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, distributors, and other relevant customers.
- Contact prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Research companies, hospitals, clinics, and decision-makers to identify the right contacts.




- Understand the prospect s requirement, interest, and potential before passing the lead to the Sales team.
- Qualify leads based on interest, requirement, urgency, budget, and possibility of conversion.
- Classify leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on their level of interest and engagement.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales team member with all relevant lead details.
- Ensure proper follow-up and handover of leads to the Sales team.
- Support inbound lead generation through social media, email campaigns, webinars, events, and other marketing activities.
- Maintain updated and accurate lead information in the CRM.
- Track lead sources, follow-ups, lead status, and conversion progress.
- Prepare regular reports on leads generated, lead quality, sources, and conversions.
- Identify new customer segments, markets, and opportunities for generating leads.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
