Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, deploy, and support SAP S/4HANA Service solutions.
- Deliver user stories as per sprint plans and Agile project methodology.
- Provide L3/third-level production support and resolve complex service-related issues.
- Design and implement end-to-end Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, In-House Repair, and Field Service processes.
- Integrate S/4HANA Service with SAP Sales/SD to enable seamless service-to-sales processes.
- Design processes supporting Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash scenarios.
- Design and support integrations between SAP and external marketing/customer platforms.
- Work with SAP Integration Suite / CPI for SAP and non-SAP integrations.
- Configure and deploy relevant SAP Fiori applications for service users.
- Support migration of service master and transactional data including service contracts, equipment, and service orders.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Follow SAP Activate methodology and Agile practices.




- Analyze complex cross-functional requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with business, technical, integration, and architecture teams.
- Prepare technical/functional documentation and communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders.
