About the Role:
We are looking for an architect with a robust understanding of
architectural design, technical documentation, GFC drawings, multidisciplinary coordination, knowledge of estimation, tendering, and project execution

Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Ability to prepare and develop
detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings
with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preparation and coordination of
architectural working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications
.
- Good knowledge of
Structural and MEPF drawing coordination
and interdisciplinary integration.
- presentation and communication skills
, with the ability to develop and present design concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and MS Office
.
- Ability to
identify design, coordination, and site-related issues




and develop practical and effective solutions.
- Good understanding of
quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and basic project costing
.
- Knowledge and exposure to
tender documentation, tendering processes, specifications, and evaluation of contractor quotations
.
- Well-versed with
local development norms, NBC (National Building Code), and relevant architectural standards
.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with
clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach towards
design development, GFC documentation, estimation, tendering, and project delivery
.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver work within
project timelines and quality standards
