Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant to support the Senior International Market BDM in handling international customers, sales coordination, communication, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior BDM in managing international customers and business enquiries.
- Handle professional communication with overseas clients through email, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Draft professional emails, quotations, offers, follow-ups, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, pricing, payments, and shipments.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry reports, follow-up schedules, and sales data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production, dispatch, and export documentation.
- Follow up with existing and potential international customers for new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing recent international markets and identifying potential customers/distributors.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the Senior BDM.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook/Gmail.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade will be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Strong coordination, organization, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidate should be confident, well-organized, professional in communication, and capable of independently handling customer correspondence and follow-ups while supporting the Senior International Market BDM.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
