Job Summary:

UnifyCX is hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process in the Telecom domain. The role involves handling inbound international customer calls, resolving service-related issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle international inbound voice calls for telecom customers
- Resolve issues related to network, connectivity, broadband, Wi-Fi, and service interruptions
- Provide transparent and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) and adhere to process guidelines
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM/ticketing tools
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria :




- Minimum 2 years of International Voice experience (mandatory)
- out of which 6 months of Telecom exp is mandatory
- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
