We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Area Sales Executive to lead and expand our presence across Pune and PCMC. In this role, your primary focus will be to accelerate sales of our premium artisanal cheese products, expand our distribution network by onboarding new distributors and cafes, drive higher volume per store, and deliver exceptional service by resolving customer/client issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales Targets:
- Drive revenue growth and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets for our artisanal cheese portfolio across Pune and PCMC.
- Implement effective sales strategies to increase per-store sales volume and product placement.

Channel Partner & B2B Acquisition:
- Identify, pitch to, and onboard current distributors, HoReCa clients (cafes, restaurants, hotels), and gourmet retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key accounts, store managers, and chefs.

Account & Relationship Management:
- Perform regular market visits to audit stock levels, ensure optimal shelf visibility,



and handle order generation.
- Train cafe staff and store personnel on product knowledge, storage, and key selling points of artisanal cheeses.

Customer & Service Issue Resolution:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback, product inquiries, and service delivery issues.
- Resolve operational, logistics, or quality-related customer concerns swiftly to maintain high satisfaction and account retention.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics in the Pune & PCMC artisanal food sector.
- Provide weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to senior management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within FMCG, Dairy, Specialty Food, or the HoReCa industry.
