This is for the curious generalist who has already started learning through a course, a college project, a small page, a side hustle or simply a habit of taking things apart to see why they work. You will learn across content, search, social, ads and reporting while contributing to live client work with guidance.
The impact

You will leave with a clearer view of how research becomes a brief, how a campaign becomes data and how data becomes the next action. The goal is not to keep you busy; it is to make you useful, then increasingly independent.
What you will own
- Research audiences, competitors, search intent and content opportunities for active client accounts.
- Support campaign setup, content publishing, quality checks and weekly performance tracking.
- Draft social copy, ad variations, outlines and simple reports with feedback from the team.




- Keep campaign sheets and source material accurate enough that someone else can trust them.
- Spot patterns in basic analytics and ask what changed instead of merely copying numbers into slides.
- Document what you learn and gradually take ownership of a small, clearly defined workstream.
What you bring
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and evidence that you learn beyond assigned coursework.
- Transparent written communication and the willingness to revise work without taking feedback personally.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, web research and learning unfamiliar tools quickly.
