Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in site inspections and monitor construction activities for quality compliance.
- Inspect RCC, concrete, reinforcement, masonry, and finishing works.
- Assist in material inspection and testing of cement, aggregates, concrete, steel, soil, etc.
- Maintain test reports, inspection checklists, quality registers, and other QA/QC documents.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, ITPs, Method Statements, project specifications, and IS Codes.
- Identify and report non-conforming work or materials and assist in corrective actions.
- Monitor concrete sampling, slump tests, cube casting, and testing.
- Check calibration and proper use of laboratory/testing equipment.
- Support internal/external quality audits and NCR closure.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and laboratory teams on quality-related activities.
