Job Summary

We are looking for Business Development Executives with 1+ year of experience in Upwork bidding, email outreach, and cold calling for IT services. The ideal candidates should have prior experience working with US-based clients and a strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.

Location: Noida

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Prepare customized proposals and cover letters based on client requirements.
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients in the US and international markets.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings and discovery calls.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track client interactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical teams to understand project requirements and prepare winning proposals.




- Maintain daily reports of bidding activities, outreach efforts, and lead generation metrics.
- Support business development initiatives across AI/ML, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, and custom software development projects.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development for IT Services.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding is mandatory.
- Prior experience working with US-based clients and the US market.
- Experience in email outreach and cold calling for international clients.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition activities.
- Good understanding of software development services and project-based business models.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and clients.
