Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online FMCG business across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing product listings, improving visibility and conversion, monitoring platform performance, and coordinating with internal teams and marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, D2C website, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, attributes, and catalogue content.
- Monitor sales, orders, conversion rates, traffic, product ranking, and marketplace performance.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, offers, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketplace/quick-commerce account managers to improve visibility, availability, and sales.




- Ensure proper inventory availability across platforms and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Monitor pricing, discounts, margins, and competitor activities.
- Analyse category and competitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team for sponsored ads and campaign optimisation.
- Track and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and overall marketplace profitability.
- Manage marketplace cataloguing, content updates, product launches, and recent SKU onboarding.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Customer Support teams.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
