Overview - Reliability Engineer

JLL is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team
Responsibilities
Asset Management
- Works under general direction of Engineering Services Reliability Asset Management platform for instruction in deploying client s strategic asset management plan with matrix reporting back to the clients lead engineer (FM).
- Integrates data from BAS, automated fault detection diagnostic engines, maintenance programs, and capital planning processes to develop life-cycle analyses and recommendations for repair vs. replacement decisions.
- Support all efforts in the execution of site level Asset Management Reliability programs and processes to effectively increase machine/facility system reliability and compliance.
- Conducts program and system/equipment audits on a periodic and as needed basis. Audits will generally be focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.
- Supports JLL operational compliance program and follows company safety and health guidelines and other company policies.




- Coordinates the use of other engineers, technicians, and third-party resources to accomplish the objective of cost-effective Asset Management Reliability improvements for maintenance and projects.
Reliability Engineering
- Equipment preventative maintenance (PM) task creation and management for continuous improvement and PM optimization.
- Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets under their care, typically using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business.
- Create and conduct Reliability studies, as well as understanding drawings and schematics.
- Create risk mitigation strategies for critical assets that can be deployed across the asset portfolio
- Investigate recent technologies for reliability improvements
- Considers impact of costs on recommended action plans for avoiding/correc
