Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on SAP SD module, including sales order processing, customer management, billing, and delivery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and configure SAP solutions for clients.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate customers on SAP SD best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to sales orders, invoices, and deliveries using SAP SD tools.
- Develop reports and dashboards to analyze business performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP implementation or consulting with a focus on Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid understanding of SAP SD module including sales order processing, customer management, billing, and delivery planning.
- Experience working with various industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Service Industry etc.
