Your skills
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent). Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
- Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components.
- Positive Experience in Data Backup Techniques.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous.
- MacOS, IOS knowledge is a must.
- Familiarity with virtual, MDM and VPN environments.
- CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE are desirable certifications.
- required exceptional customer facing skills & OEM Certification desirable.

Your tasks

Are you based in Hyderabad and looking for a global platform

1. Providing device, email, remote, and in-person support to troubleshoot various technical problems.
2. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking equipment.
3. Resolving issues with internet connectivity, printers, scanners, phones, and other equipment.
4.



Performing troubleshooting to diagnose system failures and identify root causes.
5. Managing technology inventory and placing orders for equipment.
6. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams if unable to resolve them independently.
7. Providing new system orientation and training to end users.
8. Documenting technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
