GOLS Hire2Exit is looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth. In this role, you'll identify prospective customers, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and support the sales team in converting prospects into long-term clients.

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential B2B customers across various industries.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Engagement
- Connect with HR leaders and business decision-makers to understand their hiring and HR technology needs.
- Present GOLS Hire2Exit's products and solutions effectively.




- Handle customer queries and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.

Sales Support & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and sales teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Assist in achieving monthly revenue and lead generation targets.

Market Research & Relationship Building
- Stay updated on HR technology trends and competitor offerings.
- Build solid relationships with prospective customers.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with internal teams.

Performance & Growth
- Meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and outreach strategies.
- Take ownership of personal growth and contribute to the company's expansion.
