Position: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Delhi NCR by promoting and selling robotics labs, STEM education solutions, AI & coding labs, innovation labs, and other educational products to schools and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educational technology, possess strong relationship-building skills, and be eager to build a long-term career in a rapid-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular field visits to schools across Punjab to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate robotics labs, STEM learning solutions, and other educational products to school management, principals, and trustees.
- Generate leads,



schedule meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers tailored to institutional requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, installation, training, and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM/reporting systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences when required.
- Submit regular sales reports and business updates to the Managing Director.
