Job Description
We are actively seeking an experienced IT Recruiter (Bench Sales / Consultant Marketing) who can market and place our IT consultants for Full-Time and W2 positions across the USA.The ideal candidate should have robust vendor network connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully placing consultants with direct clients or implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- • Market IT consultants (US Bench candidates) to various clients, vendors, and hiring managers for full-time and W2 positions.
- • Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and job goals.
- • Build and maintain relationships with tier-1 vendors,



direct clients, and staffing partners.
- • Submit consultants to suitable job openings and follow up for feedback/interviews.
- • Negotiate job offers, rates, and terms on behalf of consultants.
- • Track daily submissions, interviews, and placement statuses.
- • Maintain an updated database of contacts and job requirements.
