Job Description Fresher Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Hybrid initially for 3 months, followed by Work From Office

Experience: Fresher / 01 year

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Fresher Recruiters Non-IT to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong articulation, and the ability to convince and engage candidates effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify suitable candidates for Non-IT positions.

Connect with candidates over calls and explain job opportunities clearly.

Assess candidates based on communication, interest, suitability, and basic job requirements.

Build a robust candidate pipeline through calls, references, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Convince and motivate candidates to participate in the hiring process.

Maintain regular communication and candidate records.





Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.

Confident and comfortable making a high volume of calls.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Good listening and follow-up skills.

Candidates should be willing to work from the Noida office.

Work Arrangement

Initially: Hybrid – 2 days working from office.

After 2–3 months: Full-time Work From Office (WFO).

Location: Noida.
